Elisa Tótaro is a political communications consultant specialized in electoral and awareness campaigns for democracy and freedom. She has received many international awards such as Pollie Awards, Reed Awards and Victory Awards. Many of her campaigns, crafted and executed at her agency, E70, are inspired by humor to send a political message. She graduated from the School of Social Communications at the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, her hometown.
